คุณลักษณะและคุณสมบัติ (FEATURES) - 19? Outdoor Wall Rack

  • Designed and Manufactured: To comply with EIA-310-E (Rev.EIA-310D) IEC 60297-1, IEC 60297-2, BS5954 part: 2, DIN 41494, IEC 60529: 2013 Standard.
  • 19? Wall Rack Type: It was designed for outdoor application and suitable for 19? Standard of Network Equipment, FDU, Patch panel or CCTV system.
  • Rack unit Size: 6U, 9U or 12U
  • Dust and Water Protection: Comply to IP55 Standard.
Two Layers Design:
Front and side panel provide the sun shield layer for harsh Environment of outdoor application.
Structure:
Made from 1.2mm Electro-Galvanized Steel Sheet, light weight and 100% rust proof.
Front Door: Two layers design with push-handle lock and 180? opening door with roofer for ventilation.
Side Panel: Can open both side 120? with push-handle lock for easy installation, water proof, dust filter with roofer for ventilation.
Back Side: Four steel support bar with 2.0mm thickness.
Roof Cover: There is ventilation grill. The top side can be mounted with 1-3 of 4? the ventilating fan to ventilate the accumulated heat inside of the cabinet and extend the lifetime of network equipment.
Waterproof: Front door, Side panel and Roof cover waterproofed by CNC foam gasket sealing.
Mounting Pole: Made from 2.0mm Electro-Galvanized Steel with 8 levels adjustable and screened Rack unit (U) on the mounting pole.
Base: Provided removable plate with rubber shield and 3 knock out holes with 3/4? and 1? size for cable access.
Grounding System: Provided 3 ground wire connecting point, which connect between cabinet?s structure and door.
Color: Special dark gray color painted by Electrostatic powder coat system with international standards ASTM.
Manufacturer and Distributor: Certified by ISO 9001: 2015.
